Service Description

Sometimes the practice we need most is one created specifically for us. Your Personalized Guided Meditation begins with a thoughtful questionnaire exploring what you're experiencing, what you would like greater support with, and what you would like to consciously cultivate through your practice. Using your responses, I create a meditation specifically for you, incorporating elements such as breath, body awareness, nervous system regulation, grounding, gentle visualization, nature connection, reflection, or embodiment according to what will best support your intention. This is a practice designed to help you become more present with yourself and intentionally strengthen qualities such as calm, self-trust, confidence, rest, receiving, connection, clarity, or whatever you have chosen to cultivate. You will receive your professionally recorded meditation as a private MP3 audio file that you can return to whenever it supports you. Because it was created for you, the words, pacing, imagery, practices, and intention are shaped around your experience rather than adapted from a generic meditation. Your meditation also includes a short written reflection and journal prompt to support continued practice and embodiment. A note about booking: Wix requires a booking time to complete your purchase. The time you select is simply a placeholder and is not an appointment. Once your questionnaire has been submitted, I will create your Personalized Guided Meditation and deliver your completed MP3 and accompanying reflection directly to you by email.
