The breath is not merely air moving through your body.
It is the bridge between the seen and unseen, the key that opens the inner sanctum.
When you breathe with devotion, you are entering the Temple - not a building of stone, but the eternal sanctuary that lives within you.
Every inhale is a drawing in of the Divine.
Every exhale is an offering back to the Source.
Between the two lies the still point - the meeting place of heaven and earth.
The Teaching
The Temple Breath awakens the inner altar. It reminds the body of its role as a living conduit of Light.
This practice repairs the frayed threads between your mind and soul, and anchors your consciousness into the Krystic current of Truth.
When done regularly, it:
Clears distortion from your field.
Strengthens your Oversoul connection.
Opens your inner hearing to the voice of your Eternal Self.
The Practice
Enter Sacred Space – Stand or sit in a place where you can be still, barefoot if possible.
Three Opening Breaths – Inhale through the nose, imagining liquid gold entering the crown; exhale through the mouth, releasing all tension into the Earth.
The Temple Sequence (7 breaths) –
Inhale for 4 counts (receive)
Hold for 4 counts (sanctify)
Exhale for 4 counts (offer)
Hold for 4 counts (witness)
The Still Point – After the seventh cycle, pause in complete stillness for as long as feels natural. Here, receive the impressions, words, or images offered by your Higher Presence.
Seal the Temple – Place your hands over your heart and say aloud:
“The Temple is within me. I walk as its keeper. I breathe as its priestess/priest.”
Closing Transmission
“The Temple was never lost.
It waits in the space between your heartbeats,
Opening with every breath that remembers who you are.”
