Leadership is not measured only by what we say, how much authority we hold, or whether others follow our direction. Leadership is also communicated through the quality of our presence.

Before people fully process our words, they often experience our nervous system. They notice whether we are listening, whether we are grounded, whether our actions match our values, and whether there is enough safety for honesty, uncertainty, and meaningful participation.

In this live gathering, we will explore the difference between influence and control, presence and performance, guidance and domination. We will examine how nervous system regulation, attentive listening, consistency, integrity, and relational responsibility shape the environments we create around us.
