Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is the willingness to remain aligned with what matters, even when certainty is unavailable.

The nervous system naturally prefers what is familiar, predictable, and comfortable. Yet the life we are called to live will not always fit inside what we already know. Leadership asks us to recognize when comfort is restoring us and when it is quietly keeping us from the growth, truth, and responsibility awaiting us.

In this live gathering, we will explore the difference between courage and fearlessness, discernment and avoidance, rest and retreat, genuine danger and the discomfort of doing something new. We will examine the places where uncertainty has delayed aligned action and discover how courage can be strengthened through small, embodied choices.
